General check when pin function is not working for your users

If the pin is recognised,
    1. If the user is pin enabled
    2. If the user is in a valid access group, with a valid schedule

If the pin is not recognised,
    1. If the pin is correctly entered.
    2. If the user is in a valid access group

    3. If the user has entered the pin code completely in 10 seconds


If the pin opening attempt is rejected, but not registered with events.

    1. Pin is an online feature, make sure the lock was online when the pin was entered.


The pin code is automatically generated by the platform, it has 6-8 digit long, the platform will try to generate a pin code from all the available 6 digit codes, if there is no available 6 digit pin code, the platform will generate 7 digit code, and again 8 digit pin code. The dev team is working on recover 6 digit code pin codes from different ways.
