Grant Installer Access

The installer access can be granted with the following steps:

Steps 1-4 will be done by the End Users who need to configure the installer access through their end

Steps 4-5 will be handled by the installers who will grant access to the site.

Prerequisites:

• Access to app.saltoks.com as a site owner or site admin
  
• Larry2 installer access 

 1. The site admin has to login into app.saltoks.com and go to site > Installer Access:

 2. Click Grant Access:

 3. You will be given with ‘My customer UID’ and ‘Access code’. You will use these 

 details to get installer access to Larry2. 

4 (optional) If the installer needs to add locks to an existing IQ:

The IQ needs to be enabled for the installer

Note: The following step should handled by the installer 

 5. Open Larry and click commissioning > installations and then click

  ‘Get Installer Access ‘ as per the screen capture below: 

 6. Enter the customer UID and Access code which you received via app.slatoks.com 

 and click GET.
