How do I ensure our installers receive the appropriate XS4 Com access on Larry?

To ensure a seamless setup process, it’s essential to grant our installation professionals the necessary XS4 Com access permissions. Please follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure a smooth process:

1. Begin by navigating to the Installer companies tab, where you'll find a list of our partnered companies. 

2. Select the company associated with the installer you wish to grant access to.

3. Now proceed to the Installers tab within the company profile. This section lists all the installers associated with that company.

4. Locate the specific installer who requires XS4 Com access. Next to their name, you will find a three-dot actions menu. Click this to reveal the option for XS4 Com installer access.

5. The pop-up window that will open allows you to select the tenant to which the installer needs access.

6. After you assign the installer to a tenant, the process is straightforward. If it’s a new access, a confirmation message will promptly appear on your screen. Alternatively, should the installer already possess access, you’ll receive an alert confirming their status.
