How do I view the current XS4 Com setup?
- Sign in to Larry Support using your credentials.
- Select the relevant installation you want to view.
- Click on the XS4 Com tab.
- You will now see the current setup, including entrances and other details.
Can I make changes to the XS4 Com setup in Larry Support?
Larry Support is primarily designed for viewing the current setup. However, if the OTP (One-Time Password) is enabled on the IQ linked to an entrance lock, the user will have the option to disable the OTP directly from the XS4 Com tab to ensure remote openings function properly.
What details can I see in the XS4 Com tab?
In the XS4 Com tab, you can view the current setup of your XS4 Com site, including entrances, intercom codes, linked locks, and the OTP status of IQs.
If the OTP (One-Time Password) feature is enabled on the IQ to which an entrance lock is attached, remote openings on that entrance will not work. You can disable the OTP directly from the same overview to ensure the proper functioning of XS4 Coms.
