On the Subscriptions page, click the “+” icon next to any voucher to expand its details. This will show what items are included under that specific voucher, such as additional residents or lockers. For a complete view of all features and their current usage, click the See Overview button to access a detailed table.
What happens if a site's subscription exceeds its usage limits?
If a site exceeds its subscription limits, certain features may be restricted based on the plan. For example, an Additional Seats Voucher may be required to increase capacity for residents or lockers.
How do I check how many residents, lockers, or features a site has access to?
You can check this by clicking the See Overview button. The table provides a breakdown of the site's current access to features, including any additional capacity added through vouchers, such as residents (via XS4 Com iGO) or lockers (via Net.Lock).
