Lock settings are done through Larry Support tool, but for near reading option please make sure that the reader/CU are on the latest FW. (CU needs to have fw1.06 to make that working) Update: 1.08 is the latest firmware version
Here is a guide on how to Enable/Disable Near Detection Mode:
1) Find the required IQ and open its page on Larry Support - support.saltoks.com
2) Click on the 3 dots at the right side of lock and then select Lock Settings in the menu
3) In the pop-up form scroll to the bottom and switch the Near Detection Mode to the required state
