General info about the pin for the keypad hardware

To have pin code working for the user:

It is important to having the following requirements meet:

2. IQ2, with firmware version 10.4.33 or up

3. At least one hardware has keypad in the site, and also recognised in Larry support as pin hardware, with keypad icon

Then the site admin go to app.saltoks.com, go to user page, to generate the pin for user.

The pin is linked with a user, and the user can only have one pin per time, if the pin is forgotten, then it is not possible to recover the pin, but only possible to generate a new pin. The pin consists 6 digit numbers, sometime 7 digits.

Offline pin

The "Offline PIN" functionality is currently supported only on RFNet locks, with specific firmware versions for XS4 and CU locks:

XS4 locks: Firmware number 0095 version 01.20 or higher
CU locks: Firmware number 0114 version 01.82 or higher

Note: The "Offline PIN" functionality is not available for BlueNet locks or locks with firmware versions lower than the specified versions.
