ACA EOM schedule


The business hours/time zone in ACA, AKA EOM schedule for ACA, is synced from Titan.

If any change is needed, please make sure:

1. Titan has the right business hour configured

2. Re-release the center to sync hardware with the new business hour/EOM schedule







ACA EOM problem


If the opening did not put the door into EOM, please check :


1. if the user is Regus admin or Company employee, who has the EOM permission

2. Check the door has EOM schedule when the event is happening


If above points have been checked, please try to force resync the access from backend in Larry:


Find the collection in Larry, then press the sync LAM button.


Then check with the users again.



Other EOM knowledge

Why offline opening is not triggering EOM opening?


EOM schedule is stored in IQ memory, so the lock needs to be online to trigger EOM


Why the user cannot engage EOM when I have done everything above?


Please check in Larry, if the lock in question is in privacy mode!

1. The user cannot engage EOM when the lock is in privacy mode

2. ACA has no privacy mode function, so please have the lock checked with the installer.
