The lock failed to end EOM

When reaching the end of EOM schedule, the IQ will send end of EOM command to the lock every minute for one hour, after that, the backend will send the site owner the message the EOM failed to end.


The reasons why the lock failed to end EOM:

1. the lock was offline during the hour

2. the lock was half connected during the hour


For more info about half connected lock, please check the article. In this case, the audit trails for tags would not come back  right way, but many of them would come back after a IQ restart.
