How do I replace an IQ

If you need to replace your IQ(e.g. because of a hardware failure) you can do so by using the 'Replace' button in the site settings. Using this button, you will replace the IQ without the need to detach any attached hardware. The new IQ will simply 'take the place' of the old IQ, including any attached hardware.


In order to replace your IQ, login into KS and navigate to the site section > Hardware > Next to the IQ which you wish to replace, there is an action button which you have to click and then select 'Replace' 


The following window will show up where you will have to fill in the new IQ activation code ( which you will find on the back side of the IQ ) and click replace.

After that, you will have to use your maintenance card for the next step.
