How can I decouple IQ from KS site?

To decouple a IQ, make sure that you have done the following:

    2. Reset the IQ by pressing the reset button 10s

Then go to Larry, find the IQ, then decouple the IQ

How to determine if a IQ is reset

Reset a IQ would reset to defaults, the button should be pressed around 10s, the device will show RGB 3 times.

Then in Larry, the IQ will show as IQ has been reset shown as below:

 And in KS, the IQ will show has been reset, restore is required

What if the IQ is defected, cannot be reset?

Please replace the IQ first, then decouple the IQ.

How can I remove hardware from a KS site has the subscription expired?

1. Get a valid voucher, and activate the voucher with KS site

2. Remove the site as suggested above
