Half connected lock issue

Generally speaking, if the IQ shows online in KS or Larry, but the doors connected with the IQ could not be open, only the tag has offline access could work, then you should look into half connected lock issue.

Half connected lock issue:

Cause: The antenna on IQ is sensitive, with metal or concrete or some other matter nearby, the signal could interfere with other signal.

Symptom: The locks will appear online but no events are sent, if the lock is offline, then it is difficult to get it online, The problem will affect all the locks.

Hot fix: Powercycle the IQ or downgrade node firmware and upgrade again (IQ1), after events are sent for a short time.

Fix: Move the IQ and it will be fixed.

The IQ got offline, we should look into the network connections

If the lock got offline, we should check the range, possible wifi interference, other signal interference, metal/concrete/the object could block the signal, pls consider change IQ location, change RF channel, reduce the range, etc.
