IQ offline
When the IQ is offline, the communication between IQ and lock will still work (thanks to LAM), but the downside is during the offline time, the IQ will not receive any change regards to the access rules, and remote opening will not be working.
Rejected Tag Offline
Rejected Tag Offline, AKA RTO, which is happened when the lock lost the connection with the IQ, and the tag has no offline access to the lock.
If RTO number is too high, we need to ask the installer to improve the on site situation, possible way includes change the location of the IQ, change RF channel, add repeater, check the interference, etc.
