How to do factory reset

Here is the steps on how to perform a factory reset properly:

1. Remove power from the IQ by pulling the plug

2. Press down the reset button

3. Keep holding down the button, plug the power back

4. Keep holding and count slowly to 20 or until RGB flash

Should come back online with a white light, then do a normal power cycle to get it to purple.
