The IQs from factory are pointing to production environment by default, you would need to make sure the IQ is decoupled (the locks need to be detached properly / open with any tag or construction card), and then keep the IQ online (showing purple LED), then forward the IQ act code to Clay support. Once Clay support update the firmware for Acceptance environment, then you would need press the reset button for 60 seconds (seeing 4 times Red Green Blue).
Then the IQ can be registered with Acceptance environment after the reset. If still failing, please reset it again.
