This document explains how to schedule updates for IQs through Larry Support.
With the introduction of “IQ updates” permission in Larry Support to “support finance” and "support engineer" role, we aim to allow SALTO technicians worldwide to react to issues in the field more quickly, without the need to reach Clay Support and wait for the update to process. You will see that there is a new menu item, "Updates”, which will provide you an overview of the status of all the updates depending on the permissions of the user. When you click the "Updates" menu option at the top of the screen, you will have a complete history of all the scheduled updates and you can easily filter them by their statuses.
