This feature only works for Bluenet (BLE) locks.
Most lock-related issues can be resolved by updating your lock's latest recommended firmware version. In Larry Support and when running IQ versions 24.1.24 or newer, you can schedule a firmware update for all relevant locks attached to a single IQ. First, select an IQ, and then go to its Updates page. Click the 'Schedule update' button to schedule a lock firmware update, and you will see a popup requesting you to select the update type (select Lock Firmware) and version (select the version based on the firmware number of the component you want to update and the firmware version you want to update to). Follow the two-step process to schedule the update to a specific version.
Please note that the provided list of firmware will contain only the firmware that applies to the components of the locks attached to that IQ. It is also possible that each lock has a different component, and that would mean that scheduling one firmware update might not be applied to all the locks attached to the IQ but only to the locks that have the component for which that firmware is.
You can check on the update's progress in the history of the IQ's updates on the same page. Please note that lock-over-the-air updates are more sensitive to IQ-lock connectivity and interference, and currently have a success rate of 70%.
Locks can still be used during the update procedure and it will not cause any problems, although it is possible that an opening will be rejected whilst the update is installing.
