Lock connection lost timing

These numbers are for the battery saving Lock versions:

RF escutcheon:

- HeartBeatPeriod : 60 seconds

RF cylinder:

- HeartBeatPeriod: 250 seconds.

RF WR(CU):

- HeartBeatPeriod : 60 seconds

The Router reports comm error after 5 times HeartBeatPeriod of the device + 20 seconds :

Lock Connection lost timing:

- Escutcheon: 60 x 5 + 20 seconds -> 5min 20 sec.

- Cylinder: 250 x 5 + 20 seconds -> 21 minutes 10 sec.

- WR(CU): 60 x 5 + 20 seconds -> 5min 20 sec.
