When the user is trying to open or lock a GEO cylinder, and the lock did not react, and in event or incident, the message shows Operation not completed, this means that the motor/clutch mechanism is blocked, or one of the connectors got broken, and it is not able to change the status of the door from locked to unlocked or unlocked to locked. Please replace the cylinder in this case.
As a temporary solution, the user can try tapping on the lock head. This might unblock the motor for a short time allowing the user to enter or lock the door.
