Add/Replace IQ failed with internal error

Problem:

When the user is adding/replacing a IQ with m2m stick into the new platform (Salto KS or ACA), and the IQ is brand new or has been connected to the old platform, it is possible the user getting internal error. 


Actions:

Please check if the m2m stick has been used before, most likely the error is happened with using a used m2m stick, the action will fail because system has already a record of the IMEI and ICCID of this m2m stick


Workaround:

The workaround is remove the m2m stick, and use another source of network (ethernet or Wifi) when adding/replacing the IQ, and after the IQ has functioned well, the user can use the m2m stick again.
