Change RF channel but failed and IQ is blinking purple

Steps to check, and perform change RF channel with each step:

1. change the location of the IQ
2. change network option
3. and tried to restart the IQ

Forward the case to Clay support, Clay support should check check the IQ in Kibana, if any log is matching:

SaveRF_Param timed out for EndPoint:10.0.12.170:51676

RFData.Length:0; HasChannelInfo:False; SelectedRFChannel:0;

Downgrade the node to 1.03, most likely the IQ Mac address will become 00.00.00, then the conclusion we can make the node from the IQ is broken, the IQ should be replaced.
