Why the user is inactive even the user is active in Titan?
Usually this case happened when the user has multiple Titan ID, like the case below:
The user profile has merged with multiple Titan ID, because those Titan ID are linking with the same email. And if one of the emails is linked with an inactive profile, this profile in ACA will be marked as inactive.
The solution is to alter the email address of this inactive profile in Titan, then delete in Titan ID in ACA, then refresh on the company employees, then the user will be active again.
