The topic is relatively big one, so it will be improved, amended over the time.
There are 2 type users in accesscontrolapp, we call one as ACA user, and Rzone user.
Rzone user
The user is synced from Rzone or Titan into ACA.
Select a center, go to user tab, if the user is without delete button, this user is a Rzone user, those users have been squared in red rectangle below :
If you are viewing the user detail page, you will not see delete button,
And at the button of the page, there is a Titan ID, which is linked with their titan id from Rzone or Titan:
If the Rzone user is Regus staff, the user will see the following when visiting: https://recl.accesscontrolapp.com
To remove Rzone user, Regus IT needs to disable/inactivate the user in their system. In the first weeks after inactivate, the user will show inactive, and if the user is gone in Regus' system, then the user will not be shown in ACA anymore.
ACA user
ACA user is created in https://recl.accesscontrolapp.com, so you can find delete button in the user overview and user detail page. Because the user is created in ACA, so the user can be removed in ACA directly.
