If the user's first name and last name needs to be updated, there are few different situations:
1. The user profile has email configured
1a. The user has completed the profile
In this case, the user owns the profile, so it depends on the user to change the name, shown as below:
For site admin, you can change the alias, then you will see alias in the overview
1b. The user did not complete the profile
In this case, as Site admin, you can change the name and even email from the user:
2. The user profile does not have email configured
In this case, as Site admin, you can change the name and even email from the user.
