The user account is valid but unable to login

1. Please ask a site admin in the site in question make sure this user account in properly set in the site with app.saltoks.com


2. Try to login with another device


3. Check the web browser, this could be due to the cache and cookies in the browser or due browser extension newly installed or updated. 

Please try :

  • Clear the caches and cookies
  • Access app.saltoks.com on an incognito tab in Chrome with no extensions, or try with a computer that had another KS account worked.

4. Check the date and time set on the device (computer or mobile phone) is set to auto sync or sync with the standard time correctly (for example, comparing with https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/)
