FAQ with remote opening

For the user to do remote opening, few things should be checked:


1. The user is checked with remote opening in the profile



2. The user is in a valid access group, which has time frame, and valid lock

3. The user completes the profile, and login with KS app


Then the user should see the locks, and its attaching IQs in KS app, if not, please do some fast checking:

1. Check with the user if any filter is applied in the app

2. Check with the user if he sees the locks when he logins with app.saltoks.com

3. Check with the user if he sees the locks when he logins with another mobile phone
