The user account is not subscribed in Salto KS

1 subscribed user will occupy 1 spot in the site subscription.

For a valid user (has a mean to open the door), you can manually unsubscirbe the user to save the spot.

If the user has no mean to open the door, then the user is invalid user, the means can be either

1. A tag

2. Remote opening

3. Activated mobile key

4. Pin code

For point2, point3, the user needs to complete the profile, and additional for point2, the user needs to have remote opening checked in the profile.

For the user in question, remote opening is not checked.

If the user is valid, then the site admin can go to Site -> Rights, find the user, to subscribe the user or unsubscirbe the user, like shown below:

User without subscription, will not able to open locks in the site, and will not able to make changes in the site.
