What is the Activity Log? 
The Activity Log provides a detailed view of access-related changes made on a site. It shows what was changed, who made the change, and when it occurred This includes actions like a user or lock being added or removed from an access group, or updates to a time schedule. 

Where can I find the Activity Log? 
You can access the Activity Log from the Activity Log tab inside any Collection in the Larry Support app. 

What filters are available in the Activity Log? 

You can filter entries by event type (e.g., lock added or removed, user added or removed, timeframe added, removed, or changed) and by date range, including options like the last hour, yesterday, past 3, 5, or 7 days, and up to a maximum of 14 days. 

Can I search within the Activity Log? 
Yes. You can search by the name of the user who made the change, the name of the lock added or removed, and the name of the access group involved in the change. 

How long is Activity Log data stored? 

Entries are retained for 14 days from the time the change occurred.
