Why the new added user is missing in the company?


1. Please let Regus IT make sure the missing user in question is correctly set in their systems.


2. Get the email and the name from the missing user


3. Go the ACA center, and find the company, and refresh on the Employee tab, like shown below:



4. Go to Data Refresh tab



5. Find the log file for the manual sync, and open it




6. Check if the user in question is mentioned as "does not have a profile id", the problem sits with IWG systems,  with the most recent info, Titan support gsc.titansupport@regus.com could help with the case.
