Why the customer company is still getting the access after the booking has been expired?
Or Why does the customer company has access to more inventories than it should?
As a expected flow, once a booking has been scheduled in Titan for a customer company, it will be synced to ACA, and shown as company based booking, which will be gone after the booking is expired.
We have some questions concerning the access is still there, most likely caused by custom access or by access provided by Zone. If there is a custom access still valid for the customer company, then it is logic to see the company has the access.
We should check following things:
1. If the bookings are correctly set in Titan, and synced to ACA, please check the company based booking:
Under Access tab -> Company Based access
If the booking in question is not in Titan anymore, which should not in ACA anymore.
2. Please check the custom access:
The screenshot showed the inventory is granted with access to this company just by custom access rules:
Please use custom access rule with cautions, abuse the function could be a security risk for the center.
3. If the inventory has been added to a Public area or Building access, which are part of the zone.
If the inventory has been added there (Public area or Building access), then the inventory will be accessed by every user in the center.
