In Android 12, Google has reenforced the permission management for bluetooth and other things, since ClaySDK uses bluetooth, so your team would need to check on the permissions (location permission and bluetooth permission) carefully. 


We do not have internal documents since it is features in Android 12, but below is the document from Google, our mobile team suspects this is issues if some of the impacted users are using Android 12 devices:




In the project/solution, you would need to add on AndroidManifest (Permissions), but it’s also needed to ask for runtime permissions.
